In the module "Auftraggeber und Prozessmanagement" we learned and applied both the theoretical and practical foundations of collaborating with clients and efficiently managing creative processes. A central project of this module was the development of a corporate design for our own fictional design studio. In doing so, we created a comprehensive corporate design that reflects all visual and communicative aspects of our design studio. This included the creation of a unique and recognizable logo, the establishment of a harmonious color scheme, the selection of fonts that underscore the identity of our studio, and the development of guidelines and principles that ensure the consistent application of the corporate design. These elements formed the basis for the cohesive and professional external presentation of our design studio.
In the second part of the module, we worked on an imaginary project for our design studio: the design of a mobile head radio. This project assignment encompassed several phases: First, we defined the requirements and desires of the imaginary client during a client briefing. Next, we focused on idea generation and concept development, where we created creative approaches through brainstorming and sketching initial design concepts. Subsequently, we built models and simulations of the head radio during the prototyping phase, before refining the designs based on feedback loops in the finalization and end-design phase
